Each design is custom-crafted by the certified Master Craftsman and artisans of Palladio Crafted in Midtown Memphis, TN. We bring modern tools and ancient techniques together to supply you with a unique piece sure to make your friends jealous.
We guarantee all our builds to be free of manufacturer defect for 12 months from the date of purchase. All our builds include natural materials with properties outside our control. We work hard to mitigate these variables but cannot guarantee against those forces outside our control. "Milking" in the finish caused by steam or moist heat is not covered. If using paper or styrofoam plates we strongly suggest using a charger or other non-permeable surface. Please let us know if you have any questions about our warranty and coverages.
